The cover features a patented reversible zipper, which allows the pillow top panel to be rotated, allowing the cover to wear evenly and helps to prevent body impression. This reversible cover is quilted with a continous polyester fiber which is hypoallergenic can be laundered to help eliminate dust mites and other harmful micro-organisms. The Superna has a traditional style pillow top and a high density, high resilience convoluted foam spinal pad. This spinal pad gives additional support and increased comfort.
